I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. Then after few days able to of course, pay for this program that has helped me so much. The forms are easier to read by using PDFfiller, and the video of how to work the software is helpful as well. The people are just awesome!! Very helpful and respond immediately. I would recommend this to friends and family as well.

Over two days I talked to several agents. Kara was able, with great patience and time commitment, to solve my problem. I like that I can bring in any fillable…
I like that I can bring in any fillable document, it makes everything to do with a business much easier. It's just not very easy to do. I have to remember how to do it every time. Not sure if that is my fualt or if this is just not that user friendly.

good experience but sometime when you try to change something it's changing also the font and the size. some pictures disapear or become completly black so unuseful. There are some things to correct in your application

Can I remove password protection from PDF?
Make sure that you've already downloaded the PDF file of which you want to remove the password. You'll get a pop-up asking you enter the PDF password. Enter it and tap OK. That's it, just go back to the same destination where the original PDF file is saved to access the new PDF file without password protection.
How do I protect a PDF from being copied?
To prevent the text and graphics from being copied from the PDF file, uncheck the “Allow text and graphics to be copied” option. You must always enter a master password when security options are enabled. It is recommended that passwords be at least 8 characters long and contain at least 1 number.
