As far as I have been using it it looks nice, the only problem that I found was when I choose to convert my pdf into a word document some letters and format change or is missing.

So far the app itself is great. A bit disappointed that the add on internet said cost would be 35.00 and change but when it came time to pay, couldn't get to pay pal choice and cost charged to my card was 75 dollars for basic, one year.

I had a very complicated question pertaining to a credit card charge, (I didn't know which account within our company had incurred the charge, and therefore, couldn't track down a receipt) **** helped me reverse engineer the charge to find out where it came from. Only web-based interface. I would like a desktop version too.

Use if you find DocuSign to be limited in editing functionality.

While Pdr Filer is a great tool
While Pdr Filer is a great tool. Customers should be given some type of training before they use the program. There are many features that are not being utilized because I don't how to they work or that they exist.
