I love the template feature. Working for multiple physicians practices and several providers, it's so nice to be able change the provider name so easily and even organize my documents into folders that I can access no matter where I am!

Easy, and very convenient.
Saves me lots of time.
It's fast and easy, navigation of the site is easy, uploading and editing a document is easy, the SendToSign option is phenomenal!
As of right now I have not really come across any thing that I dislike. The site is pretty self explanatory.

i was not happy with the Basic Plan being advertised for $8 per month and then subscribing and it suddenly being $20. I looked at some past notes from Sept. 2020 in my computer and it looks like I joined in Sept. 2020 and discovered the pricing being different than advertised, and I canceled then. Today I needed to sign some project documents and rejoined rather than playing around with a free trial of DocuSign that didn't offer what I wanted for variety in signatures etc. Giving PDF Filler a try. Able to change words on documents-So helpful
I was unable to find a pdf editor that allowed me to change the words already provided on the forms. This has been a God send. Thank you for creating this program for people to use. The charge for using this program is a little expensive but I am extremely grateful for a 30 day trial. Thank you again.

I made a mistake and bought a year subscription instead of one month as I needed, I immediately emailed customer support and thought I would be waiting days for a reply if I was lucky, but to my surprise I received a response within 2 minutes. She offered to change my subscription and refund the rest of my money, I of course excepted and they changed it immediately! ***** ******** for your amazing customer service! The format is easy to understand and quite intuitive. Very quick loading times. My only problem is that text boxes do not align correctly to the pdf that I am editing - they are too high.

Marie from the Customer Support Center worked with me promptly to ensure I received a refund. It is not that I was not satisfied with the program, it provided me with everything I needed to complete my work tasks remotely. However, I am on a limited budget and took advantage of the free trial opportunity. My intention was to cancel my subscription prior to renewal, but unfortunately I experienced a death in the family and was unable to cancel in a timely manner. I noticed the charge on my account today and immediately contacted PDFFiler customer support. Within 10-15 minutes of my request, I received confirmation that I would receive my refund.
