Very useful program and easy to use
I found pdfFiller online to work with my Chrome browser for work-related documents. I have found it easy to use right away and so far it seems to handle all I need it for.

Payment issue dealt with swiftly
After both my cards being declined to register my subscription, I went onto the online support chat. Kara was super helpful and quick to deal with my issue - very professional and friendly. I initially thought that PDFfiller was a free tool unless you actively initiated a subscription. Even though they asked me for my credit card information with a free 30 Day trial I forgot about it. When I got my next credit card statement showing I had been charged for the whole year I began a ticket with Customer Service. They were so kind as to immediately understand, cancel my subscription, and agree to issue me a refund. At the time of writing this, I am awaiting my refund as I just requested the cancellation today - but I must say that this gesture was amazing by PDFfiller and this review is the very least I can do. Thank you for brightening up 2020 a bit! Amazing business ethic and professional courtesy.

What do you like best?
I receive notifications to my Gmail account on my phone and the computer. I like knowing when documents I fax for insurance companies and claims are received or if there was an error. I like the Word to PDF option and how I can send signature requests to individuals. I like the editing features as well.
What do you dislike?
I don't have any complaints for what I use pdfFiller for.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is very simple to understand and use. I've utilized it every day since since I purchased it back around February 2020. It also keeps a paper trail audit which is helpful.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I can send faxes directly from my computer/printer or my cell phone. It is very convenient. I know immediately if the fax was not received. I know when I receive a fax, which is also nice. It is very beneficial for a small mental health business. I like the feature of email faxing and document creation, as well as uploading my own templates to send out to my clientele.

How do I change the size of my screenshots?
Resizing an image Open image. Check that you are in RGB mode – if you are not, click on Image – Mode and tick RGB. Click Image – Scale Image. Change the image size to the size you require. Click apply. Click Save as – Select file type by extension and choose PNG image.
How do I change screenshot settings?
Step 1: Check your Android settings On your Android phone or tablet, open the Settings app . Tap Apps & notifications Advanced Default apps. Assist & voice input. Turn on Use screenshot.
How do I make my iPhone screenshots less MB?
Compress your photos on iPhone and iPad Tap Select Photos to Compress on the main screen. Select your pictures and tap Next. Adjust the compression settings for quality and dimensions (length and width in pixels) as per your preference. Tap Compress or tap to go back, make adjustments, and hit the button there.
