Love the service and how it integrates with Zapier - it has saved me tons of time in manual repetition for filling out intake, invoicing and legal documents and I love the send to sign feature. Would like a little more functionality in the app, like having the ability to sign docs directly instead of using mobile browser, but overall it functions beautifully. I had to use as a one -of to sign a document, but inadvertently signed up to a subscription. The website itself wasn't too clear, so no marks there. However, once i realised i was signed up and contacted the company via email, it was resolved with 2 emails over 2 days - from *********! So much better than acrobat
This is really good tech and works much better than acrobat! I was shocked that people were leaving negative reviews - then found out they all complain that you have to sign up after editing your document - SO WHAT you cannot expect amazing tech for free. I don’t get why people complain. Tech is amazing customer service is second to none.
