I like the program. I did pay for it, so I feel that I should be able to upload pictures to the file. Uploading images should be included in a basic membership. I still like the service.

When I had a deadline to meet and needed to get a series of pdf documents ready ASAP, I was able to use the template feature to save certain information to all docs at once and just fill in the info that differed. The platform is very good, it fulfills exactly what it promises, it is even compatible with the NVDA screen reader for people with visual limitations. Unfortunately there is no language version in PT-BR, and in some tool icons the NVDA screen reader does not read.

Cancelling a subscription can be an intimidating and anxiety creating experience. NOT WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! Today I logged in to my account. ***** linked in as my Chat contact and in less then 1 minute the subscription was taken care of for me!!!! I have had to fight too many providers about cancelling subscriptions so THIS WAS REFRESHING!!! Locate your Workflow: > Issues > Workflows. Click Edit under Actions for your workflow. Select you the Done transition and Click Edit. Select the Resolve Issue Screen for the Screen field. By Default, JIRA comes with a 'Resolve Issue Screen'

Hi Seth, You'll need to fill in the Resolution field to mark an issue a Resolved in JIRA. The resolution field is normally found on the default screen you are using to create an issue or to edit an issue. If you want to add extra steps to your workflow then this is possible using the Workflow editor.
The “Resolution” field is an important feature in Jira. It specifies the reason an issue is closed and removes the need of having multiple statuses with the purpose of stating why the issue is closed, thus capturing important data for your team while reducing the time you have to manage your workflow.
Locate your Workflow: > Issues > Workflows. Click Edit under Actions for your workflow. Select your “Done” transition, and Click POST Functions. Click 'Add POST Function > Select 'Update Issue Field' Select Resolution for Issue Field and the appropriate Field Value.
Jira application issues are made up of fields. You can choose any number of fields to appear when creating, editing, or transitioning issues. You can also create custom fields for teams working on issues within any of your Jira projects. Custom fields allow people to add information specific to your team's needs.
Go to the desired board, then click Board > Configure. Click the Columns tab. Change the mapping statuses, as described in the following table and screenshot (above). Map a status to a column.
Select the Jira icon (,, , or) > Jira settings > Issues. In the Fields section, click Field configurations. Click Configure next to the field configuration you wish to edit. Click Edit next to the field you want to update. Enter a new description and click Update.
Go to the desired board, then click Board > Configure. Click the Columns tab. Click the Add Status button at the right of the page. Note that the Add Status button is only available if you have the Jira 'Project Administrator' permission for this board's project.
