Functionality. But some links could be more clearer. For example, how to delete an entire line from a pdf? I figured it out but took some trial and error.

I'm barely new but I really like it already.. pdfFiller is an awesome tool for any/all types of documents/documentation needs or requests, and I am not to computer savvy so I would really like to attend a webinar to learn how to use the full capabilities pdfFiller has to offer in general. so far I am TOTALLY satisfied! Quick and easy refund
I had excellent customer service after I was charged a monthly fee by error. The service response to my initial email was very quick; 3 easy, practical solutions were offered and following my choice my refund was processed very quickly.Very grateful.John

Good Features but you have to nothing is for free
I was so delighted by how easy and intuitive this pdf editor is to use.
You upload a word doc you want to convert to pdf or a pdf file that you want to edit. You edit and are very impressed.
Until I tried to save.
It's browser based but it basically does everything you wish you can do to a pdf file. The interface is very intuitive and can get you going n the first sitting.
It will let you edit but you will be unable to save your work until you subscribe.
Not another free trial!

Erasing any content in the document is little difficult.

I love how easy it is to navigate. the User-functionality makes it very easy to use and know how to create new content.
What do you dislike?
I wish there was a more user friendly version in IOS or Android App Store.

I have not had many problems because of how easy it is to use. I wish there were more payment options to choose from though.
