What do you like best? I am never going to read instructions so it was great how this software is intuitive and you can begin work right away. The customer service is absolutely the best I have ever encountered. Super supportive, super polite and super efficient. Would I recommend it, duh.......1000%!!! What do you dislike? I really like the service a lot. It is user friendly and intuitive. I like that this also comes with Sign Now so that I can have all the forms I need for my business easy and accessible for me to get electronically signed. I would give it 5 starts except in the Sign Now program the program should default to the text box for people to sign and then have the live signature be on a separate tab, so basically reverse what it is now. It is hard for some people to get to the text box for them to type their signature. I use this all the time in my business and I would recommend it.

Closing costs for sellers vary according to where you live, but as the seller you can expect to pay anywhere from 6 percent to 10 percent of the home's sales price at settlement. This won't be cash out of your pocket, rather it will be deducted from the profit on your home unless you are selling with very low equity.
