I like it but felt that my "free trial" was a bit of a scam. I spent hours on a document, learning your program but was unable to print it. I don't like being "forced" into purchasing a product.

So far good. It has been challenging to learn how to use this. It has taken much application and chatting with your customer service reps, who have all been awesome. I won't say it's the easiest to learn but it's easy to use (if that makes any sense). We still can't explain why my msn email blocks pdf filler or pdf filler won't send it to my msn (not sure which). It never shows up in my spam/junk filter there and your website shows it sent. My gmail emails work fine using this.

clients have a hard time opening documents to sign. they get an error message or just can't open to sign. Sometimes it takes hours for them to receive a document. Clients also have a hard time printing out a form they signed

I love the program. The smart folder...not a fan. Do not like that we have to "tag" them and I would prefer to just make and name my own folders and move PDF docs into them as I wish (like windows mail).

I canceled my trial but maybe I didn't…
I canceled my trial but maybe I didn't complete it on my end. Either way the subscription was charged to my card and I contacted support which usually is a nightmare when you have billing problems and it was honestly quick and painless. Great service and they got my refund and account canceled quickly. Thank you to Alice from support

An Efficient Time Saver
It is easy to update the documents with some features of a Word Document.
However, there should be more variety in the fonts and I wish it didn't change the original/all font when I edit part of it.

This morning my subscription to PdfFiller was automatically renewed. Once I realized it, I notified the company to cancel my subscription and to provide a refund. Within a short time, I received a response confirming that the subscription was canceled and that the charge was reversed. How to Use the Map Text Form Feature in pdfFiller
The Map Text Form feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily map text fields on a document and automatically populate them with data from a spreadsheet or database. Follow these steps to use this feature:

Upload your document to pdfFiller. You can either upload a PDF file from your computer or import it from cloud storage services like Google Drive or Dropbox.

Once your document is uploaded, click on the 'Map Text Form' button in the toolbar. This will open the Map Text Form editor.

In the Map Text Form editor, you will see a preview of your document on the left side and a list of available text fields on the right side.

To map a text field, simply click on it in the preview and then select the corresponding field from your spreadsheet or database on the right side. You can also manually enter the field name if it's not listed.

Repeat step 4 for all the text fields you want to map.

Once you have mapped all the text fields, click on the 'Save' button to apply the mappings to your document.

You can now use the 'Fill' button in the toolbar to automatically populate the mapped text fields with data from your spreadsheet or database.

If you need to make any changes to the mappings, you can always go back to the Map Text Form editor by clicking on the 'Map Text Form' button again.
