What do you like best?
Ability to add notes to PDFs for my clients. It really does help answer questions for them much faster and help them understand the document better.
What do you dislike?
I wish I could merge and rearrange documents without it costing more to upgrade to do so. Would also be nice if If could set two password when securing a file. One for client and my master password
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Being able to mark up pdf documents for my clients that otherwise I could not. I like the pen option to call out important numbers for them to review. Being able to highlight where there signature is needed is an added plus

Preparing for ACL Surgery. Follow instructions You may be instructed not to eat or drink after midnight on the night before your surgery. This will reduce the risk of vomiting while under general anesthesia. Arrange transportation You most likely will return home a few hours after surgery.
Don't eat or drink anything for 8 to 12 hours before surgery.
Discuss your diagnosis. Go over all the details of your injury and upcoming surgery with your surgeon. Ask questions. Talk with other patients. Understand the surgery. Take good care of yourself. Stay strong. Practice using crutches. Let your surgeon know if you get sick.
You can either be awake or we can give you medicine to help relax. You do not see or feel the surgery take place. Your anesthesia doctor will help decide the right level of sedation for you.
At the end of your surgery, your knee will be injected with long acting Novocain (machine) into your knee. This should keep you fairly comfortable for several hours. In addition, a small catheter (an On-Q Pain Buster) may be used to continue to drip Novocain into your knee for 48 hours.
Use of bone-tendon-bone autograft Surgical reconstruction is the best alternative if they want to return to the same or near the same level of play. Despite increased interest in quadriceps tendon, hamstrings and allografts, bone-tendon-bone (BTB) probably remains the best option in this young, active age group.
Hamstring tendon grafts are one of the most commonly used grafts for ACL reconstruction. The semitendinosus tendon with or without gracilis tendon is harvested, from ipsilateral leg. They are used as quadruple stranded grafts and are comparable to native ACL.
Graft Strength Prodromal uses is initially approximately 2.4 times stronger than the ACL it replaces. Ultimately this graft (and all implanted grafts) loses about half its strength so that its ultimate strength, based on animal studies, is estimated to be about 1.2 times stronger than the original ACL.
Benefits. The bone portion of the graft allows it to incorporate and heal very quickly into the tunnels used for the reconstruction. It is quite strong. Biomechanical studies have shown that it is about 70% stronger than a normal ACL at the time of implantation.

Despite a widespread belief that surgery leads to a stronger knee, the results showed that surgically reconstructing the A.C.L. as soon as possible after the tear was not superior to more conservative treatment, the study's authors wrote. The findings suggest, the authors concluded, that more than half the A.C.L.
The hamstring tendons in most cases do regenerate. Across the studies, the rate of regeneration varied between 50% to 100% for the semitendinosus tendon, and 46% to 100% for gracilis. The pooled, mean rate of regeneration after 1 year post ACL reconstruction was 79% for semitendinosus and 72% for gracilis.
Recovery from an ACL surgery can take anywhere from two to six months. However, it can nine months or more before you return to your pre-injury condition with a full range of motion and stability in the knee joint. A longer rehabilitation period doesn't mean that you're doing anything wrong.
ACL Reconstruction Graft Choices The most common choices available are: Patellar tendon autograft. Hamstring autograft. Quadriceps tendon autograft.
There are two grafts commonly used to repair a torn ACL. One is a strip of the patellar tendon below the kneecap. The other is the hamstring tendon graft. For a long time, the patellar tendon was the preferred choice because it is easy to get to, holds well in its new location, and heals fast.
