Easy to use, great feedback. Only wish there were more features built in. I've given feedback on how adding field to a form should have built in guides that you can place, then drop and snap to. Another great feature would be to allow these fields to move with the arrow keys so when you don't want it to snap to position, you can manually adjust to make exact. Also, it would be nice to see the text fields with faded text so we can see how many letters we can fit without having to save and test it ourselves. I could probably give more feedback but maybe I should send in my job application first? lol

I must say "PDF filler" is the best… I must say "PDF filler" is the best company I have ever had the privilege of dealing with. Such prompt courteous service when you have a question. If you call their phone # and have a wait, just leave your number. They will actually call you back ASAP the same day. Found that out with surprise!! Wanted to cancel my subscription. No problem she said. Got an email on that the very next day. The only reason I cancelled is the 4-page form I needed to type out is just once a year. Loved the selection of type styles and sizes. Made it a pleasure to fill in.

It's not necessary to be an attorney to be a mediator. Mediation is an alternative method of dispute resolution, and in the training I received, the emphasis was on setting a table at which the disputants could come to an agreement that worked for both (or more) parties.

Get an early start. Fully flesh-out what happened. Encourage each employee to see the other's point of view. Outlaw criticism in mediation. Move past the conflict and make plans for the future.
