I don't pay for PDFfiller so I can only say speak to the ease of use on features that I think are available.
I am not sure if creating a document that is editable in word is possible in every version. If so I can not figure it out. That is my only feedback. Otherwise using this website is a breeze.

Liking it so far. But when I'm using the eraser, line, or other tool, it automatically changes back to text add mode after saving the change I've made rather than staying with the eraser, line drawer, etc. If you did it this way b/c more users keep erasing, adding lines, highlights, etc when they intend to make only one change and start typing then nevermind. I would rather it stay with the eraser, highlighter, etc. and I'll switch back to adding text when I'm ready to do so. Hope that helps.

Very Easy to use and beneficial. Worth the year subscription. A lot of features to choose from. Everything you need for a functioning office to succeed. Although, I wish the Fax Features would be more affordable a month or included with the yearly subscription. I am paying half the price for Fax with another company but would love to port my number and come on board with PDFfiller for the convenience and functionality of integrating my Faxes along with my other documents all in one place. I am very grateful for this software that came into my life just as I needed it. It is easy to use and I love how it saves my work automatically so I do not LOSE it. Some many times with website document editors online, I have been been disappointed after working for hours on a form, to have it just disappear. NOT HERE. Every single time the system has gotten disconnected due to WIFI issues at my home or because the PDF filler webpage needed to refresh, ALL MY WORK was SAVED. Love it.

What do you like best?
The templates are really helpful. It can automatically be saved with new information.
What do you dislike?
The signateure date and initialling has to clicked for each time. Would like to be able to just click the option and repeat that option several times without selecting it.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Can send out contracts and paperwork. Re-formatted the paperwork to be filled out electronically and it's much clearer.
