What do you like best?
I love that this is a user friendly and cost efficient alternative to PDF editing. I have found that it can do everything (and more) than other services can. It is easy to use and excellent solution for our company
What do you dislike?
The SINGLE thing that I am not a fan of is the fact that encrypted pdfs can be sent but NOT returned encrypted. Sometimes I will send a form to an employee and need the PDF to be encrypted returned back to me and there is no option for that.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The encrypted services have been a burden but the benefits are abundant. It is a great tool and I love that I can send our employees forms to fill out and they can receive/return them from their phones.

PDF Filller Frendly Support Person
I had Anna, as a PDF friendly support person and she was extremely helpful. I had issues with the account and she was eager to fix it and then I had issues with the form and the same excellent response. She was not only knowledgeable, but fast and very, very helpful. I was a bit unsure about whether non alphabet/numbers should be added. I was also unable to add my initial after my surname (just typing it) as the filler kept on opening the initial (as in signature) block.

Could NOT figure out how to sign a PDF…
Could NOT figure out how to sign a PDF in Adobe Acrobat to change my address with the IRS. Did it painlessly in PDF Filler. Thank you!

IT IS SUPER EASY RIGHT OUT OF THE GATE. I AM NOT SURE HOW TO FIND A DIFFERENT IRS FORM. I AM THINKING MY ADOBE DC MAY DO THIS AND I JUST DON'T KNOW IT. I FOUND THIS ON THE INTERNET AND IT IS SAVING ME HOURS.

I had an issue and emailed the company and not only did 2 different people respond immediately they resolved my issue within a few hours of me sending the email. I’ve never seen that quick of a response before. Very impressive.
