When I registered I thought that it was only going to cost me $5.99 a month, but then my card got charged $19.99 and I was a little upset about that. But other then that it was a great benefit and I was able to do more things easier than I thought possible.

All good. However it would be nice to be able to move the type up and down when placed on the page rather than have to keep placing the type symbol in a spot where you think it will fit on the line.

The software is easy to navigate and user friendly.
Not paying the Adobe prices.
The software is very intuitive which is reduces time determining and understanding feature sets about the tool.
Some features require a different level of membership which cost more and should be included with the basic package.

Excellent Customer Service from PDFfiller staff, Kara
I will never forget the exceptional customer service i received today, July 27, 2022 from Kara, a staff of PDFfiller. I literally went from tears of sadness for not being able to trace the document i had worked on since morning, to tears of joy & fulfillment. Having met an online angel like Kara, my hope and indeed, document was restored, She went over & above the call of duty to ensure that i was delighted in the most patient and excellent fashion. She is worthy of commendation and has greatly affected my first impression of PDFfillers. She was exceptional, skillful and most amazing in resolving all the issues i ever mentioned. Cancelling a subscription can be an intimidating and anxiety creating experience. NOT WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! Today I logged in to my account. ***** linked in as my Chat contact and in less then 1 minute the subscription was taken care of for me!!!! I have had to fight too many providers about cancelling subscriptions so THIS WAS REFRESHING!!! Such a contrast and it makes me want to stay connected with them if I ever need their services again.Don't hesitate to access their services and products.

I have been surprised at how 'user friendly' pdfFiller is. It is easy to download forms from my computer and I appreciate that.

What do you like best?
I am able to send documents out for a signature and receive them back signed during a Zoom Video Conference.
What do you dislike?
I wish it was compatible with our personal case management software program.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I have E-signatures on the original documents and not having to use multiple copies.

I love the product just don't have the need to justify a full subscription. I enjoyed the trial period and had great Customer Service when needed. Very prompt with replies. I would recommend this product.
