Customer support was top notch. They resolved my print issues with my form. The reason I did not give it 5 stars and would not recommend is that I Googled for a form to fill out for a US Passport. I didn't expect to find one i could fill in on line. What was not apparent was that ONLY AFTER SPENDING 30 MINUTES FILLING OUT THE FORM did I find out I had to pay $20 to print, save, fax, email or share the form. Customer service was great, but did not want to sign up for a monthly pdf service or pay $20 for 1 form.

I like PDF filler for quick fill in of forms. One thing that isn't great is that it won't load certain docs that have had electronic signatures - I know it is to protect that doc but sometimes its a pain.

Our company uses pdfFiller constantly to compose property deeds for our owners. We also prepare a variety of documents for our Board of Directors to sign conveniently since they are not onsite always.
It does cost more money in monthly subscription fees to have faster access to customer service. At the first time we experienced a technical problem and needed a question answered we did not have the service tier that afforded same-day replies from customer support. This was an inconvenience, but we have since upgraded our services.

How to Send a Fax by EmailCompose a new email and address it to the recipient's fax number followed by @efaxsend.com. Cover Letters are optional. Enter the Subject Line and any Message into the body of the email. Your fax and cover letter will be delivered to your recipient's fax machine. It's that simple!
How do you use Metro?
How do I actually send a fax using Metro? Open an outgoing email message. Address the email to recipientsfaxnumber×metrofax.com. Attach the file(s) you would like to send. If you want to include a cover page, enter the text in the body of the email message. Send the email.
Is fax and Metro the same?
Both Metro and fax are equally matched in terms of app support. The only major difference between Metro and fax when it comes to receiving and sending faxes is the lack of cover page editing with fax: you cannot create a customized cover page for your faxes.
How do you use Metro fax?
The only current way to send and receive faxes with an iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch (the iOS operating system) is through an online fax service. These services operate as a virtual fax machine located accessed through the internet. While apps are available for online fax services, they are not always necessary.
How long does it take for Metro fax to send a fax?
The fax will usually be sent within a few minutes, but if the receiver's fax is busy, it can take longer. Metro fax will retry twice, for a total of 3 transmissions, if the initial fax attempt fails.
How do I receive a fax on Metro?
With Metro, faxes are received in two ways. The first is using your existing email account. When someone sends a fax your Metro number, you'll receive an email notification in your inbox, with the fax attached. Open the attachment to view the fax.
