Pleasant PDFiller!
I use PDFfiller almost daily. I work in Accounts Receivable and customers frequently like to have additional information added to their invoice. This is something our accounting program cannot do.
Very user friendly. Very appealing to look at.
I don't have any cons. I haven't found anything that I don't like about it.

How do you apply asphalt sealer?
Start at your garage or carport and work toward the street. Using a driveway squeegee tool, spread a very thin layer of sealer moving down the length of the driveway. Apply the second coat from one edge to the other in a perpendicular manner. Make sure the coats overlap and cover 100% of the asphalt surface.
Do driveway sealers need two coats?
Most driveway sealer manufacturers recommend two coats with a minimum drying time of eight hours between coats, so this driveway sealing project will fill an entire weekend.
How much does a 5 gallon bucket of driveway sealer cover?
Each gallon covers about 80 square feet and each bucket of sealer contains 5 gallons.
When can I apply a second coat of driveway sealer?
Under ideal conditions, typically we recommend waiting 4-12 hours, and until the first coat is fully dry and cured all the way through the film. In optimal conditions, if the driveway is sealed early in the morning and the entire driveway is in full sun and is fully dry, you may apply a second coat the same day.
Is driveway sealing worth it?
Sealing the driveway yearly can lead to unsightly hairline cracks and peeling. And concrete driveways should be sealed every four or five years to protect them from water penetration and to prolong their life. Many people believe that concrete driveways don't need maintenance, so they may never apply a sealer.
Does asphalt need to be sealed?
A: An asphalt driveway should not be sealed for at least two years, even longer if it is in the shade. It needs to turn gray. If the driveway is sealed too soon, the oils in the asphalt will not have evaporated, and the driveway will remain soft and suffer damage.
Is it necessary to seal coat asphalt?
As a general rule you should seal your driveway every 1 to 3 years. More specifically, if you can see the color of the individual stones that make up your asphalt surface, you know it's time to seal it up. A few rules apply before you seal, however. For starters, never seal a new asphalt driveway.
How soon after asphalt is laid should it be sealed?
After laying asphalt, it's recommended to wait 30 days before sealing a commercial parking lot and 90 days before sealing a residential driveway. You don't want to seal your new asphalt until the asphalt is hard enough to withstand power steering.
