This site is truly amazing. I am a 66 years old Vietnam Veteran and Retired U.S, Marine. Currently filing for PTSD and was able to fill out the VA form exceptionally easy. I purchased a 1 year subscription, in that I felt it would be worth it in the future. I wish this site had a method of informing others about the services. I searched the web and stumbled across this site. Further, I initially had questions and was able to speak to a live person. I needed this for an emergency document and paid for it thinking I probably will not use this much....but was I wrong. I use it all the time and LOVE IT!!!

PDFfiller is very easy to use and the auto-save feature works reliably. One thing that I didn't like was that I had to sign up for a plan to be able to save my pdf. Had I not chosen to sign up, I believe my work would have not been saved. What compelled me to sign up was that I didn't want to lose the work that I was doing. Overall, I think PDFfiller is a great tool and worth the money; however, some users may not like the mandatory payment in order to see their documents again.

That when people try to load on apple devices for the contract it seems not to be able to work.

I am absolutely amazed at the customer service I received today. I accidentally purchased the wrong plan and had messaged these guys to advise and ask if they could put me on the plan I wanted and asked if I could get a refund for the difference that I paid. They done all of this within a matter of hours no questions asked they simply helped me with my request straight away. This kinda service was A++++ I would recommend them also the PDF filler is so easy to use and navigate I will be using this quite often.

Easy to execute the changes needed…
Easy to execute the changes needed without much instruction. Saving in the pdf filler on One Drive was slow (undoubtedly Microsoft's problem).
