I struggled a bit when the form was completed because I failed to see where the "Print" button was located, but a rep from Customer Care (Paul) helped me and I was all set. Looking forward to exploring and using the PDF filler site frequently.

Its OK Easy to use on desktop, but on the mobile it was OK like C+ overall, but good idea It does what it should, but its a simple to use. If I had more time to use it, maybe give 120 day trial? I loved the signature and email process of the paperwork. Thats was easy. I wish we can do more in the free trial. So I can dig in more. Make the mobile experience more easier

GREAT product! Nothing negative! I draw up a lot of contracts for my job and this website makes it much easier. This is very easy to use, the interface is very clean. I wish there was an app to support this product. A lot of times I am on the go and I need to fill out PDFs. It would be nice to have an app.

I think that it's a great thing. It makes fighting a case much easier. That more people don't use it. There is nothing else that I like least about it. My vice president used it also an has no problems with it. Being able to find what your looking for, then being able to fill form in an save it, then come back to it.

The software was actually really great and extremely useful. I didnt really experience any difficulties with it and was exactly what I needed and a quick pinch without having to install anything. There was one small issue with my account, but the support team got back to me within the same hour and resolved what I needed. Amazing all the way through.

Rumor has it that some title companies are telling lenders that in addition to the Buyer CD and Seller CD the buyer/seller must sign the ALTA or Master Settlement Statement. That's wrong. Those are simply tools available for the closing, but are not required by any federal agencies.

Under the new CFPB regulations, most real estate transactions require the use of the new Closing Disclosure Form. This year, the big news out of Washington and the financial industry's watchdog agency, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), is the new program replacing the old Good Faith Estimate, Truth in Lending and HUD-I. The program is called the TILL/RESP Integrated Disclosures or TRIED.
Similar to a closing disclosure, the HUD-1 settlement statement includes comprehensive information about the borrower's loan, detailing the principal and interest as well as all the upfront costs, commission charges, service costs and any deductions associated with the loan.
The HUD-1 Settlement Statement is a standard government real estate form that was once used by settlement agents, also called closing agents, to itemize all charges imposed upon a borrower and seller for a real estate transaction. The statement is no longer used, with one exception reverse mortgages.
