Anne in customer support was outstanding, she was patient, calm, informative and extremely helpful. I had lost work that I had spent hours on and couldnt find what I had done wrong, Anne patiently worked through it with me and I found the document, without her I would have cried, literally, as I had worked the whole of the night on the document and it looked like i had lost it all. Anne should be commended for her high level customer service. She is a definate asset to your organisation.

To resolve this, follow these steps: Step 1: Open the PDF Document. Step 2: Access the "Prepare Form" Tool. Step 3: Select Form Fields for Editing. Step 4: Open Form Field Properties. Step 5: Unlock the Form Fields. Step 6: Finalize Changes. Step 7: Preview and Save. Step 8: Save and Close the Document.
Field size Open the General Properties tab. Click next to Height or Width. Type the new number into the box. Hit the Enter key or click outside the box to confirm your choice.
Sometimes you may be unable to edit a PDF file because the creator of the document turned off the editing capability for other users. You can check the permission settings of the PDF file, if it says "read-only," you can only read the PDF and can't edit the file.
To do so, open your PDF file in Adobe Acrobat, then click on the Edit PDF tool in the toolbar on the right. When you're in form editing mode, you can make several types of changes to the PDF file. You can edit text, alter a field name, or add new text and fillable fields. You can also choose different fonts.
It's easy to create fillable PDF form in Adobe Acrobat. Open Acrobat. Select a file or scan a document. Add new form fields. To change existing text boxes or images, click Edit in the toolbar. Save your fillable PDF.
Make sure that the security settings allow form filling. (See File > Properties > Security.) Make sure that the PDF includes interactive, or fillable, form fields. Sometimes form creators forget to convert their PDFs to interactive forms, or they intentionally design a form you can only fill in by hand.
If you can't edit a fillable PDF after saving it, there are a couple of reasons. Firstly, the form field properties within the PDF might be set to read-only or locked by the creator, restricting further edits. Secondly, some fillable PDFs may have saving restrictions enabled to preserve the entered information.
Launch Adobe Acrobat and open the fillable PDF form you want to edit. Click Tools > Prepare Form to enter into the editing mode. Double-click the field you want to edit. The properties window will open from where you can make the required edits.
