This has been a wonderful resource for locating, filling out, filing and printing out documents. I don't understand how to make the most out of the system and wish I could get a little more help (for blondes). But overall, a great experience!
9/15/16: Hard to find blank forms for completion, but questions are covered well by support folks. Default is yearly subscription, but support folks were able to convert to monthly subscription at desired level.
Problem with changing previous form required upgrade to yearly business plan. The erase tool only works with upgraded plans.
Got up & running pretty quickly. Very grateful. Really appreciated the Guidebook!!! Running in to a few glitches, but I have confidence that there are solutions as the software seems pretty powerful.

I accidentally activated 2 accounts & requested a full or partial refund but wasn't expecting it as this was my fault. PDF filler responded to me immediately & refunded the second account in full.Great customer service! Thank you
