I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. I was extremely happy with PDFFiller until I took an entire 2 hours worth of notes on a pdf and the website froze when I tried to save it. And then lost it all with no recovery option.

I do like the ease of use as this is the first time I have used a PDF application. I have just started using Adobe and unfortunately I think I like that better. Not positive yet.

PDFfiller is a great tool to use for editing and templates
PDFfiller allows me to utilize the same forms frequently. As a result, templates or refillable forms ensure document preparation is quicker and more efficient.
Cloud security, ability to easily create templates for commonly used forms, flatten forms after fields filled in when saving to hard drive, in PDFFiller form remains in tact and is editable for reuse, and menu set-up.
I wish PDFfiller would add the ability to add pages to a documents and allow downloading of templates created. Currently, in personal account, PDFfiller allows emailing to recipient to update information in fields, but doesn't allow me to download my template to my hard drive.

Easy to use and has multi functions that otherwise you would need to purchase separately elsewhere.
I gained TIME, thus I was on time with my tasks, and met deadlines.
Very easy to read, highlight, insert comments (etc), insert and replace figures in pdf documents. It has saved me TIME! I love that it offers features that make manipulation of multiple files easy and fast. I also like the electronic signature option so documents look very professional.

A very easy to use program
A very easy to use program, though you are forced to sign up for free trial if you want to print any documents.It did what I required, so cant complain. Just would prefer it to notify of unable to print unless joined up for 30 day trial before I spent 4 hours working on translation document.

I don't like to pay in US Dollars!
Takes a bit of a time to get used to the software. I was not aware that the prices are in US Dollars otherwise I would have opted for a Canadian companyOver all a very good software with many built in options to choose on.

Not sure how I "subscribed", yet PDFfiller honoured their policy of full cancellation and FULL REFUND.
I'm IMPRESSED !!!
The went further and added an offer of a further FREE TRIAL.
If their products are as good as their service, I'll definitely intentionally subscribe at some stage in the future ... after South Africa's political siege they call "Lockdown".
