I was looking for options for a one off issue I had with PDF forms and signed up to PDF Filler for the 1 month free trial. I realised shortly after this that I would have little use for this facility in the future but neglected to cancel the subscription within the free trial period. At the conclusion of the free trial period I was billed for the annual subscription, however I contacted the company via Customer Services live chat and without much trouble they cancelled the subscription and refunded the fee. Excellent service and very professional advisors.

Overall, this product is good and I would recommend it to a friend. Like it over Adobe.
When I played around with the trial, I liked how you had many options and the program layout was nice. Love the ease of use when trying to alter a pdf.
I wish I had a longer trial period and sometimes I could not save a file causing me to save over the original file.

Ralph - My favorite support friend
I requested a refund for a yearly subscription that I did not remember signing up for. I reached out once before and did not receive a response. I reached out again today (2020-10-24) and Ralph responded right away. He was extremely helpful and nice and solved my problem right away. I am extremely satisfied with my experience and I will definitely keep PDF Filler in mind if I or my friends need a safe place to store or edit documents. To Modify Mark Document in OneDrive and import documents to your account, click Add New on the DOCS page. Choose OneDrive.
If you’re not signed in, click Connect to OneDrive.
Select the documents you want to upload to pdfFiller and click Upload Selected.
Your documents are now imported into pdfFiller. You can find them in the Documents folder.
