9/15/16: Hard to find blank forms for completion, but questions are covered well by support folks. Default is yearly subscription, but support folks were able to convert to monthly subscription at desired level. Problem with changing previous form required upgrade to yearly business plan. The erase tool only works with upgraded plans.

My handwriting is horrible! PDFfiller not only solves that problem, inn even the smallest print, but is much more convenient too. A big help when you've got some chores to do!

I love PDFfiller, it is very easy to use, and love the fact that I can log in from any computer to use it. It does not reside on my desktop, so it is very convenient.

Select the field whose data type you want to change. Select the Fields tab, then locate the Formatting group. Click the Data Type drop-down arrow. Select the desired data type. Selecting a new field data type. The field data type will be changed.
In the Navigation Pane, locate and double-click the table that you want to change. Access opens the table in Data sheet view. Select the field (the column) that you want to change. On the Fields tab, in the Properties group, click the arrow in the drop-down list next to Data Type, and then select a data type.
Select the field whose data type you want to change. Select the Fields tab, then locate the Formatting group. Click the Data Type drop-down arrow. Select the desired data type. Selecting a new field data type. The field data type will be changed.
Open the database you want to edit. Right-click on the table you wish to edit and choose “Design View.” You will see a list of the field names contained within that table. Click on the field you want to edit. Go to the “General” tab and change the field size property to make the field larger or smaller.
Open the query in Design View. Right-click the date field, and then click Properties. In the Property Sheet, select the format you want from the Format property list.
In the Navigation Pane, double-click the table in which you want to rename the field. Right-click the column heading for the field that you want to rename, and then click Rename Field on the shortcut menu. Type the new name for the field and then press ENTER.
Create a standard Select query. Select Query Update to change the type of query to an update action query. Drag the field to be updated in the target table to the query grid. Optionally specify criteria to limit the rows to be updated.
Open the database that contains the records you want to update. On the Creation tab, in the Queries group, click Query Design. Click the Tables tab. Select the table or tables that contain the records that you want to update, click Add, and then click Close.
