It is a little hard to figure out how to size and arrange the words so they will all appear on the printed document. I had to redo this several times.

Initially somewhat confusing, but overall excellent. Offers excellent resources and makes it easier to do most business functions. I do love the import and fill ability.

You need some front end GUI. "What do you want to do?" "Create a brand new form from scratch?" "Make a PDF form fillable for your business?" etc.... I got the service and deleted my subscription only to play with it a little more and see the tiny, green side button that allows one to make the form fillable and then I realized this was a service I wanted. You are not demonstrating or advertising the best feature from the get-go.

Does what I need, the only thing is, it can be confusing when you try to log in, it takes you to another page instead of your actual account page so I have to search for something else to get to it, or I may just haven't located how yet, still good for what I need done.

I cut off the bottom part of the document. I'm trying a reprint, now and will select "fit to page" on my printer preferences to see if that works.

I have yet to use the on-line features. Still deciding if I want HIPPA files out there. I don't know where your servers are located, but if they are outside of the US then I'm concerned about where and what the privacy laws of the "domain" country are. I ran into this issue years ago setting up some legal files. All servers were required to be located within the US.

Easy to Use, Excellent Editing Techniques. Loved the opportunity to email, fax and input notes. Especially loved the notification to be sent to me when my email is accessed by the recipients. This PDF filler is so efficient and easy to learn. I help so many veterans with their forms and always had to print them out and fill them out myself. Thank you for helping me help them and others that cannot fill out forms on their own.

I like that all certificates on Insurance are in the same place, easy to find and I like the ability to duplicate certs

Can't find new documents very easily on the program
