The search option brought up the forms I needed. In on instance multiple versions were on different sites. I was able to bring in to the appropriate version by typing in the URL, I found that to be a real time saver.

What do you like best?
I enjoy the way PDF is easy to use and allows us to send out documents quickly. We operate a few different locations remotely and we are able to send out important documents require signatures in less than 5 minutes! Support is great when needed but we seldom have any issues.

There are not many issues with it. It would be nice to be able to copy/duplicate documents prior to merging so we do not have to upload them once again.

If you work remotely, I highly recommend this program. We love being able to email employees and clients in a matter of minutes for documents requiring information on their behalf.

We are solving travel time and time with paperwork with all of the documents be readily available with just a click. Prior to PDF, we were having to meet with new employees for paperwork. Now, we are able to email them and have them sent back for processing. Our time is being used in a for efficient manner.

This is so easy to use
This is so easy to use. I would recommend the PDF Filler to anybody wanting to make new documents or using the helpful templates that are already in the program. It's a very reasonable cost as well.

Only used a few times, but so far no major issues. The only pain point, I would say is the editor...I am still getting in practice. Overall, this is a very good and useful tool.

What does the green tick on a PDF mean?
The green check mark within a PDF that has a valid signature indicates that the document has been changed since it was signed. This can be very important information depending on the intent of your document. To eliminate this from happening you can set the document security to just allowing sigining the document.
How do I change the tick color in PDFlyer?
Open the PDFlyer Stamps Tool. Go to Stamp Color then click on the color you would like to use....How do I create or change stamp colors in CCH ProSystem fx... Go to Tools and add PDFlyer Stamps. In PDFlyer Stamps go to Stamp Color > Manage Stamp Color. Click Add Color. Select your color then click OK. Click OK again.
How do I get a green tick on a PDF?
Click the Signature Panel or eSign appearance in the document. In the 'Signature Properties' Panel Click 'Validate Signature' and then Close. Now your eSign is complete. Your eSign will have a green-colored 'Tick mark' which means it is validated.
