PDFfiller is an excellent online platform that I really enjoyed using for its features of digital signature, document management, and PDF editing. I used this platform for more than a year and I was impressed with its ease of use and the speed of its features.
The negative aspect that I noticed on PDFfiller is that it is not always easy to find advanced editing options, especially for beginner users. This can lead to some frustration at the beginning, but once you get familiar with the interface, it becomes much easier to use.

How do I change the timestamp on a file in Windows?
You can change the file's date and time as well as any file attributes by pressing F6 to bring up the options window. You can edit the details down to the second, and you can adjust the file times by adding or subtracting time. You can also edit any file attributes which can be found on the lower half of the window.
Does copy a file change the date modified?
Copy: It creates a new copy of original file, i.e, basically a new File. So the file is created as new. However, the contents of the file was modified in original file by someone on a different time, so it's untouched. So Modified date always refers, whether a change was made to the file content or name.
