How to Use the Move Paper Feature in pdfFiller

The Move Paper feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily rearrange pages within your PDF document. Follow these simple steps to make the most of this feature:

Open the PDF document you want to edit in pdfFiller.

Click on the 'Move Paper' button located in the toolbar at the top of the page.

A sidebar will appear on the right side of the screen, showing a thumbnail view of all the pages in your document.

To move a page, simply click and drag the thumbnail of the page to the desired position within the document. You can also use the up and down arrows next to each thumbnail to move the page up or down one position at a time.

If you want to move multiple pages at once, you can select multiple thumbnails by holding down the 'Ctrl' key (or 'Command' key on Mac) while clicking on the thumbnails. Once selected, you can drag and drop the selected pages to the desired position.

To delete a page, hover over the thumbnail and click on the 'X' button that appears. Confirm the deletion if prompted.

Once you have rearranged the pages to your satisfaction, click on the 'Save' button to apply the changes to your document.

You can also use the 'Undo' and 'Redo' buttons in the toolbar to revert or reapply any changes you have made.
