I use a Chromebook. I joined a Chromebook forum And PDFfiller came highly recommended when I needed to send a fax, fast. PDF filler is easy to use and let's me change documents as needed.Unfortunately, some of the features available on the computer are not available on the Ipad. Creating fill in lines for example.

It's not as easy to follow as you think it is. For example, Save As is a command that most of us think as a file name, not application such as PDF or Docx. I now have to go back and find the document, add the signature and then, change the name of the file, somehow from the template to a specific client's file.

I have not been able to drag and drop from outlook '07. The additional step of saving a document locally and then uploading seems unnecessary.

This is a very intuitive product that can one can pick up and become proficient with little training or experience.

I have been able to keep from printing countless documents that only need a quick signature only to be scanned in again and emailed out. There is a huge time saving as well being able to cut out those middle steps.

Say yes to PDFfiller.
I was able to take a 30+ page PDF file, highlight areas of significance, add sticky notes and/or note boxes where I needed to remember a particular point in the lengthy document filled with legal jargon. Which made things SO much easier for me. Although I have listed a few things that I wish were different, overall the product is a great one. I had one difficult experience with a file, but otherwise everything has been amazing. I would absolutely recommend PDFfiller to anyone needing the tools it offers.
I had never used a PDF editor before. Simply due to the fact that I had a hard time finding one that wasn't trying to charge me a bunch of money up front. PDFfiller gave me a free 30-day trial. Which is an instant gold star in my books. Aside from the willingness to let it's potential customers try the product out, the product is surprisingly easy to navigate through, and I was able to download a copy of my final product free with the trial.
There are two things that I would change if I could. The first thing that I did not care for is honestly just one of those particulars that I would have like to have the option of. That being that the only highlighting option is yellow. While this is not really a big deal, it would be really nice to have the option to select different highlighting options (pink,green,orange,blue,etc.). As a college student, I handle a LOT of PDF files on a weekly basis. Anything from a single page reference list, to a PDF copy of a book that consists of hundreds of pages. For me, color coding highlighted areas makes research points easier to decipher and organize according to relevance to one another. The one thing that I noticed was a bit of a headache to deal with. I uploaded a file that needed updating. I selected a entry point that needed to be changed, and the font size automatically changed from an 8.5 to a 9. I selected the "text size down" option, and it made it a size 8. There is no option to size it back to an 8.5. This created an abnormal look to the line of text, and one or more words were different in size. I would have to go through and individually adjust everything to the same size. This may be a subtle difference in size, but as a Graduate student, these things matter in the grading process.

I am very excited to use this product. I was able to troubleshoot much on my own. My only struggle was in saving final product and bringing back up to update.

In the middle of a one-time need to fill-in an online PDF form, I apparently signed up for a monthly subscription to PDFfiller, and my ****** account was billed. I contacted the PDFfiller support group, and explained that I had no recurring need for the software, and didn't realise that I had ended up subscribed to it. The support person promptly issued a refund to my account at ******, and cancelled further billing. PDFfiller is a very good organization to deal with, and an honest company. Should a relevant need arise, I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them in the future.

Can you notarize a document electronically?
Just about every document which needs to be notarized in the paper world can be electronically notarized online on the Notarize platform. There are a few exceptions, so see below. In an online notarization, both you and the notary electronically sign the notarized document.
Can a notary sign electronically?
The difference with an electronic notarization is that the document being notarized is in electronic, or digital form, and the Notary will sign the document electronically (see Electronic Signatures above) to complete the notarization. Electronic notarization are still relatively uncommon.
How do I become an electronic notary?
Take the e-notary course and pass the exam with a minimum required score. Apply to the Secretary of State and be sworn in as a notary public. Buy your equipment (electronic seal and log book)
How much can a notary charge?
Notary fees often depend on where you get the document notarized states set maximum allowable charges, and notaries can charge any amount up to that maximum. Standard notary costs range from $0.25 to $20 and are billed on a per-signature or per-person basis depending on the state.
Is it illegal to charge for notary?
Technically speaking, notaries public can charge nothing for their services, and many do. Therefore, notaries public in those states are technically allowed to charge as much as they want. Notary fees in many states max out at $10 per signature.
Is it legal to charge for notary services?
A notary public must not charge or receive a fee for notary services over the maximum amount prescribed by state notary laws. A notary public must check state notary laws for the prescribed fees a notary public may charge in the performance of a notarial act.
