I find this program easy to use, but if I'm totally honest I searched on line how to fill PDF form not understanding that after filling the form in 4 hour ( very complicated licencing form) when I came to save it I had to pay did not think it was clear at the beginning of the process the cost implication as I'm doing this on behalf of a charity low on funds. This is the first app that I found that… the process to combine two files onto one page was simple. This is the first app that I found that it will actually let you combine two files onto one page simply. The only bummer was that I had to convert the .pdf file into a .jpeg first before I could combine them together.

What do you like best? - Supports multiple document formats (images, multitude of text data interchange) - Flexibility of drag and drop controls (date, text, etc) - Ease of merging and detaching individual pages / coalesced documents What do you dislike? "Save" to desktop is usually 2 clicks. There could be a 1 click implementation. What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you? - Huge improvement from Adobe Acrobat to complete forms - Templates are easy to build - Data integration across platforms is easily possible - Easy to send out for signature capture

Great product and even better customer service I used the product, which was excellent, once during the 30 day trial. However, through my own mistake in not cancelling due to e-mail mix up, I was enrolled in the full year subscription. I explained the situation to support and have been given a full refund. This has to be the best customer service and support I have ever received.
