They have great customer service I was…
They have great customer service I was refunded when I didn’t realize i paid for a years subscription upfront and I only had to pay the first month. Very happy companies like this still exist. The file editing is easy and can be done from iPhone.

Great Value! A Must Have!
PDF Filler is one software that's worth so much more than what I paid for. I work in 3 different industries- Staffing, Construction and Real Estate and this software has become a necessity in everyday document preparation. It saves so much time and money. No need to subscribe to expensive Adobe editing software. Every time I show how this software works to friends and colleagues, they are amazed. I wish I had known about PDF Filler long time ago. Great Customer Service
Great app, but even better customer service. I needed to cancel my membership for financial reasons, but I failed to do so before it renewed and my bank account was drafted. I submitted a request through the website for support and requested a refund. Zoe replied via email within an hour and had already issued the refund. Clearly they care about their customers, provide easy communication options and have fair policies in place.

I'm happy with the use of the forms, however it showed a monthy price, so I was suprised when I was charged for the entire year up front. I only needed the product for a couple tax documents.

What is release amount?
Released Amount means an amount equal to the amount of security deposits and/or cash collateral released to Borrower as a direct result of the Total Financing Amount of a Vehicle lease and/or financing arrangement being decreased from its Original Total Financing Amount, such that the Increased Total Financing Amount

Release Payment means an amount specified in that certain Termination Agreement, dated as of the Purchase Date, among the parties to the Loan and Servicing Agreement, which includes all amounts owing by Seller and Customer under the Loan and Servicing Agreement.
