Time is money in most professions and Real Estate is no exception. This program has saved me a lot of time, money and aggravation and has really simplified the real estate negotiation process. Two main issues I have with PDF:
1) not being able to change the names on the forms,
2) easily finding a form to download to My Forms (referring to Acord forms mainly, you would think your company would have a direct link to Acord forms draw from)

Great application! I was able to edit some incorrect dates sent to me by a reference who could not access the document for an extended period of time. I was able to get my document corrected and resubmitted without issue

This is the only and best website I use for all my PDF files needs. The only thing that could be better is the cost of the monthly rate. Filling out a Federal claim form, but people were sending me versions (Word, PDF, etc.) and they were all junk...not very professional looking. Lots of problems with layout, font size. Found this pdfFiller and I completed the form in a matter of minutes (struggled for hours with the others).

Although M4A and MP4 files are similar, they are not the same. They both use the MPEG4 codec, but M4A files can only store audio content. What's more, M4A files are compressed using the 'AAC' lossy, which gives them a smaller file size than MP4.

What is the M4A format?
MPEG-4 Audio, or M4A for short, is an audio file format from Apple that can store several audio content types, including songs, audiobooks, and podcasts. It saves audio data in a MPEG-4 file, encoding it with the Apple Lossless Audio Codec (ALAC) or the Advanced Audio Coding codec (AAC).
How do I convert a file to M4A?
If the MP3 files are in your iTunes music library, you can directly choose the file that you want to convert and go to File > Convert > Create AAC Version. iTunes will automatically create an M4A copy of this file.
