I have only just started using PDFiller.com and I am very happy with the product. My only compliant is that I was forced to subscribe to it without the option of a free trail etc When I did a search on the web for a free PDF Editor, PDFiller.com was one of the websites that popped up, I edited my document (which was a theory paper that I had already spent hours on !!) and when it went to saving it I could not without paying for service... so not a free PDF editor!!! And you can not subscribe month to month, you had to pay for a full year. I know that is business but very deceiving!

The questionnaire asks applicant to send proof of income and supporting documents for all expenses. I do not know how to send these and hope I'll hear from someone about how to do this.

The system was quite user-friendly, however the quality of the initial edited documents was poor, with a green tinge appearing behind the altered text. A note to Paul at customer service had a solution identified, which solved the problem.

I won't need this program enough to pay…
I won't need this program enough to pay the monthly fee. If fee was 3 dollars a month I would keep it. Thank you for giving the free trial.

What do you like best?
PDF Filler is extremely easy to use and navigate. I've never experienced any lag or difficulties in using the software. Signatures are easy, dates are easy to inpute.
What do you dislike?
You don't get to really choose where files are saved when you download them.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I've been able to easily fill out and save consolidation agreements, settlement letters, and anything else that I need and don't have time to print out and sign just to have to scan it in. It's definitely a time saver!

I love the product just don't have the need to justify a full subscription. I enjoyed the trial period and had great Customer Service when needed. Very prompt with replies. I would recommend this product.

How do you open a title?
Open titles are created when a seller signs the title over to the party that has purchased the vehicle, but the buyer information is left blank and ownership of the car is not transferred. Open titles are used in schemes referred to as title jumping or title skipping, both of which are illegal.
Can you sell a car with an open title?
A person cannot lawfully sell a vehicle with an open title. Without registering the vehicle, the buyer is not the lawful owner. The previous seller remains the vehicle owner in the eyes of the law. The buyer must complete and register the title to sell it.
Is it safe to buy a car with an open title?
The biggest risk of buying a vehicle with an open title is that there may be issues that prevent the transfer of ownership. The two primary factors that can prevent the transfer of ownership are liens that have been placed against the title, and the vehicle being reported as stolen but not recovered.
What does an Open title mean?
An open title is the result of the buyer neglecting to fill out the new owner's section to assume ownership of the vehicle. As a result, the car can be sold again without the buyer being recorded by the DMV as the owner.
Do both parties have to be present to sign over a car title?
All car titles must be signed by the owners listed on the title in order to be registered with the state. If the co-owners names are joined with and then both parties must be present to sell the car. Titles using or between the co-owners' names either party can sell the car without the other party present.
How do you float a title?
When you float a title, you get the seller to sign the title over to you and leave out the section where you're supposed to fill your name and date blank. It's a chance that you take when asking them to do that. Some of them will say yes while some will disagree.

Title jumping is also known as a jumped title or floated title. Formerly, title jumping was a practice used by car dealers to avoid having to pay taxes on vehicles. People title jump for many reasons, but mostly to avoid paying sales tax and to avoid the actual title process. Title jumping is illegal in every state.
