i love it but i have a few things i don't know how to do like if I download a pdf and want to make more space for a word i don't know how to do that. you cant just hit the space bar and move it.

Not the easiest to figure out initially, and detailed instructions are a bit hard to come by, but it seems to do what I need it to do to make signable forms and merged PDF's.

I would prefer to have the email document link a little easier to navigate. Maybe a big button with 2 steps to it so it isn’t accidentally sent?

Excellent PDF conversions
This software helps me keep documents in unchangeable forms so that they can be sent out and not altered.
I love that I do not have to download anything to my computer. I can go straight to the website, upload my document or file, and then have it converted into a PDF within seconds. It is super fast and the PDFs look great.
I have used PDFfiller numerous times, and there is not one thing I can think of that I do not like about it.

Great Customer Service
We thought this was a bit scammy when we were charged for a plan no one recalled signing up for but once we found the email address associated with the account they cancelled the subscription and refunded the charge, no questions asked. Very pleased!

Very easy to use
Very easy to use. Loved it. Struggled with editing sideways orientated text. Type replaced went a little wonky, it was for a quick edit to a a basic document, not an official presentation, in which case I might have required a more powerful editor.

How to Use the OpenKM Esign PDF Feature
The OpenKM Esign PDF feature allows you to electronically sign PDF documents within the pdfFiller product. Follow these steps to use this feature:

Login to your OpenKM account and navigate to the document you want to sign.

Click on the 'Esign PDF' button located at the top of the document preview.

A pop-up window will appear with options to add your signature. Choose the desired signature option, such as drawing your signature, uploading an image of your signature, or using a pre-saved signature.

Once you have added your signature, you can adjust its position and size within the document.

If needed, you can also add additional text or date fields to the document by clicking on the 'Add Text' or 'Add Date' buttons.
