At first, I was intimidated by all the different prompts and directions but after a short while I was able to figure things out. It was intuitive and easy. Also, with a little practice, I was able to line up the cursor to where I want the letters to show. For someone who is using this service for personal use (not business) the cost is slightly prohibitive. So I would probably only subscribe when I really need it and can't find a more reasonable alternative. I have been recommending this service to friends and family for sometime now. So far it has been frustrating ( just because I am not tech savvy) I am just trying to reprint a pay stub that I have lost from a former employer and I just keep running into problems. However after watching a video I figured it out without a problem. Customer service is A1.

First time using PDFfiller directions not simple enough for me took me 30 minutes to figure out how to modify some spelling I ask for help no immediate response 3 hours late turn in paper missed spelled

I've been using PDFfiller regularly for over 2 years now, and it works wonderfully. I'm able to upload documents, add fillable lines, and get electronic signatures seamlessly. Some frustration with the search option. I was searching for W-2 for 2020. Could not find, so chatted. I'd solved my problem by the time the chat person responded. Today I was looking for a fillable PPP Loan Forgiveness form. It may be there, but the search said no results.
