I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. Then after few days able to of course, pay for this program that has helped me so much. The forms are easier to read by using PDFfiller, and the video of how to work the software is helpful as well. My QuickBooks won't let me print W2's unless I sign up for their payroll service. We have 2 employees! Not worth the expense! With PDFfiller, I was able to print W2's for much more reasonable price!

I find it so much easier to edit documents, and save for later. Being able to share and easily find them. As well as changing page lay outs for presentations too.

My wife had some US Government forms that needed to be filled out and returned. Because of her medical condition, she couldn't fill them out longhand, and she asked me if there was a way she could type and fill them in. We couldn't find access to a typewriter (WHAT'S THAT???), but I searched on Google and found information about your app. I had worked with some PC-based forms applications before, so I knew what type of function I was looking for. I scanned the forms into a PDF, and PDFfiller opened the files and allowed me to create editable fields on the forms which she then filled using your browser-based app. It got the job done! There were a couple times where she thought she had lost everything, but because of the automatic save function, nothing was lost. Unfortunately, I don't have any other immediate need for this, but I certainly hope you use this for promoting your product. I would have given it 5 stars had there been an apparent way of copying all the fields I added to one page and paste them onto identical subsequent pages in my document (you know the Government--lots of duplicate type information!). I had to create the same fields over about 8 or 9 identical pages on one of the forms. If I find I do have more use for this app in the near future, I will purchase it!

Easy addition
This product has been very helpful for my needs.
I like the ease of searching for a form, in my case an insurance form, and then filling in. The program makes it easy to edit boxes and save forms.
The software is a little slow... there is a significant lag time opening each document, as well as saving and printing.

I have clients that need medical claim forms sent to insurance companies (they keep their own books). I can enter in the info and go!

I signed up originally to utilise this service. Whilst I did not wish to continue with the service (just wouldnt need it again) I did struggle to cancel the service. I sent an email outlining my issue and got the quickest response back and my account fixed and funds returned. Great service if you do require all the time. Easy to use. Highly recommend.
