Signed up for this service in the middle of a Crisis and ultimately didnt need the service, But failed to cancel it. When I contacted the company, they immediately refunded the money without a hassle; I appreciate that kind of integrity.

The site is good but just takes time to load pdf's, when i scroll it takes about 4 or 5 seconds to notice what i did.

Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. Software works well
Software works well, I just don't like that they allow you to go all the way through editing your first document before slapping down the paywall.

PDFfiller has great customer support
PDFfiller offers a great service, but unfortunately I don't have the opportunity to use it enough.
But that truly sets this business apart from the competition is their customer service.
I've never seen any other CS that would respond so quickly, be so attentive and managed to resolve my issue so promptly.
I cannot recommend them enough.
