All good. However it would be nice to be able to move the type up and down when placed on the page rather than have to keep placing the type symbol in a spot where you think it will fit on the line.

I had such hassle trying to find… I had such hassle trying to find something to edit my work PDF timesheets, then I came across PDFfiller & it solved all my problem, so easy to use & takes a fraction of the time to fill in my timesheets & email them back to work. This program has been a life saver but... This program has been a life saver and a game changer as a secretary who sends out a lot of documents to families. There are a couple frustrations I've run into though. The auto line up feature when adding text boxes or checkboxes can be an annoyance because a lot of things don't need to be lined up and therefore causes it to be slightly off of exactly where I need to place it. I'm not sure if that's a feature I can turn off so it could just be user error. My biggest wish is that I was able to size multiple text boxes to varying sizes and then combine them as a whole text box but keep the sizes of the boxes. Some of the forms I am editing have 3 or 4 rows of lines for a short answer but the first line is shorter than the rest. So expanding the text box to have multiple lines available just wouldn't work because it's always a perfect rectangle.

Love the software Love the software. Earlier I wrote that the software was difficult to navigate. I would like to rescind that statement. It was user error on my part. The software is very easy to navigate and I really, really like this product a lot.

How do I Certify a PDF document?

For a single PDF or a component PDF in a PDF Portfolio, open the PDF. For a PDF Portfolio, open the PDF Portfolio and choose View > Portfolio > Cover Sheet. 2 Select Tools > Protection > Encrypt > Remove. If you don't see the Protection panel, see the instructions for adding panels at Task panes on page 9.

How do I certify a PDF document?

On the Protect tab, in the Certify Document group, click Certify. On the Certify Profile Wizard, choose the actions you want to permit from the Permitted actions list. Click Next. Select a digital ID to certify with, and choose whether to make the certificate visible. Click Next.
