This is fabulous! I was using Nuance PDF Converter, which has worked fine for many years, but it couldn't handle a couple of the 2013 IRS forms...So I did them here. And it worked!

Does what I need, the only thing is, it can be confusing when you try to log in, it takes you to another page instead of your actual account page so I have to search for something else to get to it, or I may just haven't located how yet, still good for what I need done.

Ease of use. I was able to figure out how the software worked and used it within 15 minutes. This was great because I needed it as soon as I could get it working!
I honestly believe the software can be figured out easily by the vast majority of people. If not, they should be able to get assistance easily.

I reached out to support and ****** returned my email within minutes. I provided my information to customer service specialist ****** and he fixed the problem. There wasn't any back and forth emails. It was straight to the point. Thank you ****** for being quick and professional.

I needed to use the service for an application! It was only needed once. The day I was going to cancel it due to no longer needing the service the money had already come out of my account. They immediately refunded it and even offered a discount if I wanted to continue using it. I highly recommend it was an easy to use service with many benefits packed in. I can even customize the button they click on to fill out the form! I added radio buttons, check boxes, and fillable text boxes. I even saw where I can collect payment upon completion of a form.
