Very useful service. Trying to create a fillable pdf is made simple. Although when it's downloaded, one or two areas are not fillable anymore so have to do it again.

Choose File > Properties, and click the Additional Metadata button in the Description tab.
Click Advanced to display all the metadata embedded in the document. (Metadata is displayed by schema—that is, in predefined groups of related information.)
Does convert PDF remove metadata?
Printing documents to PDF format removes revision metadata, but it does not remove file description metadata. PDF files retain some basic file description metadata, such as author, file name, and date, which can be minimized if the proper conversion settings are used (see page 31).
How do I remove information from a PDF property?
Open the PDF document.
Choose “Tools” and then select “Redact.”
Choose “Remove Hidden Information” and wait for the tool to finish running.
If any items appear in the Results, click “Remove.”
Save the file, note that identity information is not removed until the file is saved.
