This is an amazing program! How many times we all have to fill out forms, even if they are pdf forms available for downloading on line) and wish we could just fill them in with the keyboard instead of printing out a hard copy and THEN handwriting our responses. PDFfiller allows you to save a pdf and then fill it in so easily. There are also a lot of options for checking boxes, circling responses, highlighting, enlarging or shrinking text size, etc. The program is user-friendly, easy to follow, print, download to your own computer and save. Just a GREAT addition to my tools. I also get such positive feedback whenever I submit a requested form---they are delighted to have READABLE information.

We thought this was a bit scammy when we were charged for a plan no one recalled signing up for but once we found the email address associated with the account they cancelled the subscription and refunded the charge, no questions asked. Very pleased!

PDFfiller is an excellent online platform that I really enjoyed using for its features of digital signature, document management, and PDF editing. I used this platform for more than a year and I was impressed with its ease of use and the speed of its features.
The negative aspect that I noticed on PDFfiller is that it is not always easy to find advanced editing options, especially for beginner users. This can lead to some frustration at the beginning, but once you get familiar with the interface, it becomes much easier to use.

What do you like best?
I usually dont like to take time to review but this one is warranted and a long time coming. What I like best is how many hours it has saved us. We subscribe to several tools and PDFFiller is one of them that we use on a daily basis at the office. I cannot tell you how much time this has saved us especially while submitting proposals. We also love the fact that it has an inbuilt ability to send out e-signature similar to docusign so we do not have to subscribe to a separate service for that. If there is one tool that has given us a 100x return on our investment that is PDFFiller. I am also thankful to the PDFFiller team as they keep on innovating and adding new features.
What do you dislike?
Nothing really. Like I said above, this tool as delivered massive value to our company.

How to Use the PDF Editor Comments Feature
The PDF Editor Comments feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily add comments and annotations to your PDF documents. Follow these simple steps to make the most out of this feature:

Open the PDF document you want to edit in pdfFiller.

Click on the 'Comments' tab located on the left side of the screen.

Choose the type of comment you want to add from the options provided. You can select from text comments, sticky notes, highlight, underline, and more.

Click on the area of the document where you want to add the comment. A comment box will appear.

Type your comment in the comment box. You can also customize the appearance of the comment by changing the font, color, and size.

To move the comment box, simply click and drag it to the desired location on the document.

If you want to reply to a comment, click on the 'Reply' button below the comment box and type your response.

To delete a comment, click on the 'Delete' button located at the top right corner of the comment box.

To view all the comments in the document, click on the 'Comments' tab again. This will display a list of all the comments along with their corresponding page numbers.

How do I remove identity from a PDF?
Select Tools from the toolbar at the top of your document and select Protect Document... Check the option to Remove personal information from this file on save and select OK to keep this setting for the document.
Can I add comments to a PDF online?
While reading your PDF file online, you can add notes to yourself using the add comments tool. You can add text, sticky notes, underline text, strikethrough text, highlight text, and add markups using the drawing tool.
How do you edit an anonymous PDF with comments?
Right-click (Windows) or control-click (Mac OS) the comment or edit and select Properties. c. Under General delete the author name. Type in “Reviewer” or “Anonymous” or leave the author field blank.
