I have been able to ask questions by email and by live chat. I needed to be able to sign documents and now i need to be able to convert docs to PDF and am pleased to find a way to do it.

it's pretty good. sometimes when you edit, it looks like your edits are going to look funky, but when you print it looks alright. I wish it matched the text font and size as the original. You kinda have to hunt around and size accordingly

duplicate pages
I like being able to duplicate pages, that was super helpful. It was easy to add the text boxes where I needed them. The only trouble is in downloading the document to my regular google drive. Wish that was more straight forward.

Need a dark background theme and to improve the highlighter color so that the text remains "clear" after highlighting! "Everything thing else is very good!"

1. You have the forms I need; 2. the platform is user friendly, in general; 3. completion of forms is easy to navigate, specifically; 4. the ability to save in multiple formats; 5. the ease and ability to send completed forms is great; 6. Could make it a little easier to sign and save documents to your desktop, especially when you need to send signed documdents via email.
