The platform is very good, it fulfills exactly what it promises, it is even compatible with the NVDA screen reader for people with visual limitations. Unfortunately there is no language version in PT-BR, and in some tool icons the NVDA screen reader does not read.

I received a message saying thank you for payment on the annual subscription. I simply emailed back stating that I had cancelled the subscription before the trial period ended, and I requested a refund. I was contacted almost immediately from a representative of pdfFiller that they had cancelled the subscription and issued a credit back to me. I am impressed with how quick and easy it was. Used the product a few times (PDF editor) and really liked it but disn't use it enough to warrant purchase. I forgot to cancel the free trial and was charged the annual fee a few weeks later. The company immediately refunded me when I requested it, and did so without question or issue.

My experience with PDFfiller is old, when I still needed to install the software. Nowadays I don't use it anymore, but in my college days it was very useful.
The conversion of documents on the PDFfiller website is quite simple and does not change the structure of the actual document, which can be up to 150 pages. For most files, this is a good size.
I find PDFfiller useful only for those who work with many documents to pay a monthly fee that is not high, but it is still something to consider.
