Customer support was top notch. They resolved my print issues with my form. The reason I did not give it 5 stars and would not recommend is that I Googled for a form to fill out for a US Passport. I didn't expect to find one i could fill in on line. What was not apparent was that ONLY AFTER SPENDING 30 MINUTES FILLING OUT THE FORM did I find out I had to pay $20 to print, save, fax, email or share the form. Customer service was great, but did not want to sign up for a monthly pdf service or pay $20 for 1 form.

Like that it remembers where I was in filling in the forms. Filling in was a little awkward on the government forms I was working with. Would help to have a built in tracking mechanism to determine progress.

It was very easy to Fill out the PDF. Then I was suprised I could also mail it, from the same website.
I can upload a PDF and have it mailed, even by Certified Mail.
That you can mail or fax the PDF. You can like email to fax. Which is very good. Especially since I don't have a phone anymore, let alone a fax, since I just use my Cell Phone.
Technical support is terrific. They are always availble, they know everything, they are very helpful. For example, one technician let me email him my PDF, he fixed it for me, and emailed back to me.

Accounting Assistant
This software made it easy for me to complete a single 1099-MISC that i needed and that i wasn't able to use my current software for. I was able to quickly create the document and send it out to the necessary party on a time crunch.
This would not be good to use for a large amount of 1099's but, it did meet my needs.

It allowed me to fill in a non editable pdf and frame the text into the available spaces.
It always saves the latest version and allows filling the form step by step.

I will never forget the exceptional customer service i received today, July 27, 2022 from Kara, a staff of PDFfiller. I literally went from tears of sadness for not being able to trace the document i had worked on since morning, to tears of joy & fulfillment. Having met an online angel like Kara, my hope and indeed, document was restored, She went over & above the call of duty to ensure that i was delighted in the most patient and excellent fashion. pdfFiller has wonderful support. You can email them or use a chat feature. From the chat feature, I was able to do a remote session through zoom to get my issues resolved quickly. Through email they always respond within 20 minutes. Great customer service!

I am a relatively new user to pdffiller, but have found the platform user friendly and does exactly what I need it to. Helping me modernise a lot of statutory requirements for e-signatures and template creations.
When I experienced issues loading documents due to permissions through my work network, the support team at pdffiller responded quickly and continued assisting myself and co-ordinated with my employers IT support function to resolve it within 24 hours, allowing me to get on with my job.

How can I edit a PDF file for free?
Drag and drop your PDF document into the PDF Editor.

How do you edit a PDF on OneDrive?
Go to onedrive.com and sign-in with your Microsoft account.
After the PDF file is uploaded, double-click to open the PDF file in the Word online app.
Click the Edit in Word button to open the PDF file for editing.
How do you edit metadata in a PDF?
Choose File > Properties, click the Description tab, and then click Additional Metadata. Select Advanced from the list on the left. To edit the metadata, do any of the following, and then click OK. To add previously saved information, click Append, select an XMP or FFO file, and click Open.
Can I edit documents in OneDrive?
There are two ways to edit a document in Office 365 via OneDrive. This will open your OneDrive document in the Read Only version. To edit, click Edit Document in the top left corner and select Edit in Word Online. The document will then open in the editor and allow you to make changes to the document.
