It's a great solution for my business needs. We are constantly filling out PDF or MS WORD based forms, be they applications, requests, official government forms, etc... Product is really good, but customer service is great. I had an issues with printing after spending a couple of hours editing a documents and quickly became frustrated. I contacted customer service, they responded within a few hours with a solid solution that worked.

So far, it is excellent for moderately tweaking content. It would be nice if I could select images and move them like Adobe but this is so rarely needed....

Not having to use type text of IRS forms.
Ease of Use. Ability to locate any forms that I needed. Ease of transferring to file and in printing the forms.
The T appearing for typing text when I do not want it. I have not other cons. I have enjoyed working with this software and have not run into problems.

Marie from the Customer Support Center worked with me promptly to ensure I received a refund. It is not that I was not satisfied with the program, it provided me with everything I needed to complete my work tasks remotely. However, I am on a limited budget and took advantage of the free trial opportunity. My intention was to cancel my subscription prior to renewal, but unfortunately I experienced a death in the family and was unable to cancel in a timely manner. I noticed the charge on my account today and immediately contacted PDFFiler customer support. Within 10-15 minutes of my request, I received confirmation that I would receive my refund.
