I found PDF filler to be very helpful, however there was a bit of confusion with the cost of the account account. I I thought that I would be getting charged $6 dollars per month however my bank account was charged $72 dollars for an entire years subscription. I do not fill out enough documents to make a years subscription worthwhile. If that is the case, I think the website should give you the option of a 30 day trial period, and then give you the option of committing to a 1 year subscription. Otherwise, be more clear that you all are charging the entire $72 as oppose to the $6 per month. I have since canceled my subscription and I do not intend to use the website any longer. I would definitely like a refund effective immediately.

I love to be able to use the pdf filler app much easier and it has become very important for us in documents we need to fill out and sign and send. I would like to see some ease in the selecting the editing of a document, can the display of boxes for each section be less overlapping each other, this may be difficult to do. Sometimes when you have a saved pdf document you do updates rather than create a whole new document, we use them as templates. Right now the easiest way is to create a document in Word, save it as a Word doc and as a PDF doc. Which is okay, often, time is a factor and to quickly update a pdf file would be faster. The software is easy to navigate and user friendly. Not paying the Adobe prices. The software is very intuitive which is reduces time determining and understanding feature sets about the tool. Some features require a different level of membership which cost more and should be included with the basic package.

This little program is life-changing. This little program is life-changing. Needing to continuously reproduce docs from old paperwork and (business) historical documents is insanely time consuming. Retyping, reformatting you name it. Sometimes OCR software doesn't cut it. With this program, I've cut my frustration time by 90%. My production time is a breeze.
