It was very good and worked very well. However, overpriced. I did not like that I could not switch to a different sign on option after purchase and that if I terminate the agreement, you delete access to files instead of offering a transition courtesy print/save/view.

What do you like best?
I like that the program is pretty intuitive and that I’m able to figure most things out on my own. I am able to erase and utilize previously filled forms that otherwise I might have to obtain from another source. The time and energy savings for me offsets the cost. In addition, I like being able to work on the program from a mobile standpoint - as long as I have cell phone or internet connectivity, I’m able to access and work on documents at my convenience.
What do you dislike?
Nothing that I really dislike. I still struggle with how to send a document directly out of the program to someone that may or may not have sufficiently updated software or skills to open. I’ve worked around this by saving the document and then sending from a cloud storage site.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I’ve used tillable Adobe programs and PDFfiller meets or exceeds the capabilities of the Adobe programs I have used.

Customer focused with good features I find Pdffiller to be one of the better online services of its type. As well as having many features in a fairly easy to use interface, their support is responsive and very customer focused. They offer a full feature short trial (requires credit card details, which some people may find off putting). It's straightforward to cancel. Fill it out! Overall, I love when this is available to use for forms I need to fax or email. I love the feature of being able to fill the form out online. Very easy to use and beats having to fill in by hand, scan and send. I am not quite sure how to do this myself and have to ask IT to assist in making the form fillable for me.

It is a little difficult to figure out how to load an existing form with the saved name. I also had to Google how to enlarge the font. Most of the help directions are outdated, but I did finally figure it out after a lot of wasted time. I DO like the program in general and love being able to convert and save in a different format.
