One big feature that is missing, as is from many of these types of editing / fill in forms, is the basic "Cut","Copy", "Paste" functions. However once I got use to the program's idiosyncrasies, It has been quite helpful. Oh, one more thing, I think more detailed instruction by some useful examples of how the features can benefit in everyday design of a fill-able forms would make it that much more useful.

What do you like best?
The program is user friendly and helps me with the essential tools I need to fill in and change my PDF files. I use this on a daily basis for work and works very well with other programs I use.

The font match is the only downside of the program i face especial when I have to fill in words and characters onto the document. It takes time for to match the font that is similar to the original font. Collating pages in a certain order is difficult for me but I decided not to use this feature.

Excellent PDF Software
Overall, this is an excellent software for businesses for the many things you can do with the program.
I like that you can use forms previously created by other users of the software, or create your own forms as well. The software is user friendly, and provides all the functions we need in our business.
Unfortunately, that you have to pay to use the software. I understand that everything comes with a price, there are developers, etc. Considering the functions it provides, it is worth paying.

I signed up for the free trial and ended up not needing to utilize their services. I had thought I had cancelled it, but for some reason it never went through, so I ended up getting charged for the full year. I contacted their live chat and a representative named **** was very helpful and got the refund processed right away. Thank you for being gracious and so helpful! So far I love this service! Only had some tech issues yesterday and they were addressed quick by your tech support. I love the layout, it's very easy to navigate, and the editing options on the top bar also make it super easy to check, sign, and type just about anywhere in the document. I love it!
