I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. Then after few days able to of course, pay for this program that has helped me so much. The forms are easier to read by using PDFfiller, and the video of how to work the software is helpful as well. As a new small business operator, this software has helped me with so many tasks without having to leave work. The only draw back is that many times, recipients can't open sent pdf files and another route has to be taken.

What do you like best?
Program is very intuitive and easy to use. I spend less than 10 mins to recreate a document for Customers and it makes a world of difference.
What do you dislike?
I don't think I have any dislike...or at least none that I've come across too.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a must have program...so easy to use and it does it all. Plus an extra bonus is that it's less in cost then the highest competitor. WIN, WIN!
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I edit our invoices & receipts. I'm able to provide progress invoices that our system doesn't do. This helps our Customers tremendously to understand paperwork.

Difficult to naviagte
Frustrating... but it may work better on a computer rather than an ipad.
I like that you can create password protected files and templates to sign if there's is sensitive information needing to be shared.
The overall function seem to be helpful, but difficult to use on an ipad for sure! I found it difficult to attempt to build a template as you cannot move the fields you create once you place them. It can make for a sloppy look in your template.

Very straightforward .pdf editing
Very straightforward .pdf editing! Easy to use, not too many steps to getting my edited .pdf documents right away, speed is important for work hours.

I like the concept, but slow
I like the concept. But the processing is awfully slow. I'm going to buy a membership for my team, but I just wish everything processed more quickly.

Great software
Great software! Very easy to use and does just about everything you would want a PDF editor to do. The only issue I had was when replacing text the text box deleted the line the text was sitting on and I ended up with a break in the line. Other than that I highly recommend!

What do you like best?
The ease of dragging and dropping new files into the PDF filler program.
What do you dislike?
The extra options such as notary and other things like fax are not free or easily accessible to find out how they work in advance.

Converting PDF to JPG is a huge problem being solved. Also, easily changing a date on a flyer that is a PDF.

Not your fault
Not your fault, but I need my "original signature" on the form for the form to be accepted. I was sooo excited that, during this whole COVID-19 isolation I could get this document notarized here! Ugh... Ridiculous. I may try it anyway as the delay in getting this done the way their website says they want it will be more ridiculous after my quarantine....hmmmm
