So far, this product is meeting our needs better than competing products at a fraction of the cost. The biggest downside is that most of our forms are already fillable PDFs and your product does not recognize any of the fields set up, and will also not detect fields the way that Adobe Acrobat does.

Awesome! If there is a way to add your logo I could not find it... then again I didn't look either so...this might not be accurate. So easy to use. extremely user-friendly. The benefits are that you get to create any type of form you need and customize it to fit your needs. You cannot ask for anything better than that.

One of the best customer service I’ve… One of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced !! My account had a monthly subscription which I thought I cancelled after the free trial but it didn’t seem to work. So I wrote them an email and within minutes they responded and took care of my issue and instantly refunded me the payments for the last 2 months in which my account has been subscribed. I’ve dealt with a lot of customer services over the past year and none has been so quick in responses, friendly and efficient in the same time. If I need a pdf service again, I’ll surely go to them. I signed up originally to utilise this service. Whilst I did not wish to continue with the service (just wouldnt need it again) I did struggle to cancel the service. I sent an email outlining my issue and got the quickest response back and my account fixed and funds returned. Great service if you do require all the time. Easy to use. Highly recommend.
