I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. Its been a good experience so far. Although I have only used the service approximately 5 times it has been an efficient way to produce some general documents.

I have had to upgrade twice to professional and just did again so I could use the features. Billing does not show that the upgrades were put in place.

So far it has been frustrating ( just because I am not tech savvy) I am just trying to reprint a pay stub that I have lost from a former employer and I just keep running into problems. However after watching a video I figured it out without a problem. Customer service is A1.

I like the service just wish the process of saving and/or printing docs wasn't as cumbersome - two or three pop up windows before action is completed and not automatically redirected to doc list.

It would probably be a big plus for most. I have been this job for 13 years and I'm so used to it as well as my clients being used to me. It just works to handwrite them for me. It is easy to use, it just takes longer for me to do.
